Everyone at Green Apple loves a hassle free buying experience and we want you to have one too. You will always have a personal contact throughout your online purchase process. We are here to help you with any design questions that you might have.
You may place on order on our website anytime or place an order by phone from 9:00-am-5:00pm (MST), Monday through Friday. Messages left with us will be returned the next business day. You may contact us on our contact page with any questions.
Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Colorado. Green Apple must collect 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Colorado address.
Back Orders
Sometimes an order is back ordered, Green Apple will notify you and you may proceed or not with the order. With imports it is sometimes difficult to determine shipping times as containers must now be screened at incoming ports by US security.
Returns
If a product arrives to you in damaged condition, please email us upon its arrival. We may ask for a photo so we can convey the extent of the damage to our vendor.
Should you not be satisfied with a purchase, please email upon its arrival. Once your return is authorized, please return the item to Green Apple within 10 business days. Once we have received your return, a credit will be reissued on your account. We cannot except merchandise that has been used. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail/carrier for your protection against loss or damage during transit.
- Shipping costs are fixed and we, unfortunately, cannot refund shipping costs. Shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Personalized, custom designed items cannot be returned. If you need to order a custom or personalized item, you may cancel the order within 2 business days of the original transaction.
- Furniture returns have a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges.
- All “Sale” merchandise is non-refundable.
